1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bk baji platform and all services included within it. By visiting the website, opening an account, or using any gaming or betting service, you are considered to have automatically and fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. In the event of a conflict with any version in English or another language, the Bengali version shall prevail.

bk baji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on bk baji, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and may operate only one account in your own name.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Every transaction must be conducted by the person in whose name the account was opened.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Usage Rules

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to the bk baji support team immediately.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets on behalf of another person or using another person's account.
• Operating an account using bots, automated software, or any artificial means.
• Exploiting any technical flaw in the platform's system to gain a strategic advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, defrauding, or causing harm to other users.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount on bk baji is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). You must use a payment method registered in your own name for deposits — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The same methods used for deposits can be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Each withdrawal request is generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. To withdraw a bonus balance, the associated wagering requirements must be met. bk baji may hold a withdrawal and request additional verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bk baji offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, a ৳1,000 bonus will be added to your account, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus is met. The wagering requirement is calculated as 10 times the bonus amount: for example, on a deposit of ৳10,200 the maximum bonus is ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,200, and the wagering requirement would be ৳5,000 × 10 = ৳50,000.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted by the terms.
• If a bonus is cancelled, winnings earned from that bonus may also be cancelled.
• bk baji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

bk baji has the full right to accept or cancel any bet. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, incorrect odds, or a data error from a third party, the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports, the displayed odds and rules will apply. Match results are verified from official third-party sources and will be considered final.

6.3 Casino Gaming

Slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and other casino games have their own rules, which can be found on the relevant game page. The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is governed by the rate set by the game provider.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical error occurs during a game or betting session, bk baji will make a reasonable decision to determine the outcome of that session. The decision of the authority on this matter is final.

7. Responsible Gaming

bk baji believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment, but they can become addictive. We therefore strictly follow responsible gaming guidelines on our platform and encourage users to do the same.

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for themselves, or temporarily suspend their account for a set period. Any such request submitted to our support team will be acted on promptly.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request voluntary closure of their account. In such cases, any eligible balance in the account can be recovered through withdrawal, however bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

8.2 Closure by Authority

bk baji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting fraud or exploitation of the system.
• Being found to be a minor.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, bk baji will notify the user and determine the future of the account.

9. Personal Information and Privacy

bk baji follows strict policies regarding the collection, storage, and use of its users' personal information. Our Privacy Policy contains detailed rules on this matter and forms an integral part of these Terms.

User data is not transferred to third parties, however information may need to be provided under legal obligation or upon a legitimate request from relevant authorities. Requests to correct or delete your own data can be made through the support team.

bk baji uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep user data protected. Even after an account is closed, relevant information may be retained for a specified period as required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Complaint Filing Process

If you have a dispute or complaint, please first contact our support team via 24/7 live chat or email — the team provides service in both Bengali and English. We will attempt to resolve the matter within a reasonable time from the date the complaint is filed.

10.2 Final Decision

bk baji's decision is final on matters relating to game results, betting settlements, and bonuses. Decisions are made after reviewing technical evidence (server logs, game records).

10.3 Time Limit

Complaints must be filed within 30 days of the relevant incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

11. Changes to Terms

bk baji reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through a platform notification.
